PEMF (Pulsed Electromagnetic Fields) generates energy at the cellular level and is an amazing soothing and restorative modality.
The body's holistic nature uses PEMF as a catalyst for full-body energy. Our brains use electromagnetic signals to communicate with every bodily system and science has proven that if our cells have enough electrical charge, the body will heal itself!!
The body then uses this energy to:
Heal and regenerate itself, enhances its natural recovery process, assists with muscle fatigue and discomfort after exercise, increases energy or supports relaxation, and balances the body's interconnected systems.
This is an EXCELLENT addition to scheduling after your chiropractic adjustment or when you just need a little more to get you pushed into the healing state!

Step into our Rest and Relaxation Suite, a completely private suite offering the ultimate experience to unwind the mind, body, and soul.
Choose time on the following:

1. Opus Sound Bed: Opus SoundBed Experience is an immersive sound and vibration therapy for your emotional fitness which shifts how you feel within minutes. The most complete vibroacoustic technology on the market with 5 zones of vibration that produce a range of sensations from soothing rain to booming thunder. Special speakers send waves of vibration through your body to bring you into a state of harmony.

What does it do?
Opus SoundBed is like a home gym for your heart! It uses vibroacoustic technology to deliver low-frequency vibrations throughout your body that quickly release you out of stress response and into a deep relaxation and receptivity. Combined with spatial sound using headphones to bring your awareness swiftly into the present moment, and proven healing practices (like meditation and breathwork) facilitated by expert guides to amplify your experience.

Why?
The better you can guide an elevate your emotions, the more powerfully you can meet the demands of life, the more consciously we can shift our feeling state, and the stronger our relationships and ability to create the life we desire!

How does it work?
The vibroacoustic SoundBed allows you to listen to mediations, frequencies, music and translates into a full somatic experience of vibration throughout the body.

What frequencies are used?
You will be able to experience a diverse catalog of sessions which integrate many different healing frequencies, from binaural beats and isochronic tones for inducing desired brainwave states, to targeted waves such as solfeggio tone harmonics that assist in balancing the energies of the body and mind. Music-based sessions are tuned to 432 Hz, in alignment with the natural harmonics of the Earth's electromagnetic field. The bed itself primarily vibrates at deeper bass frequencies (150Hz and below), while the full range of audible sound comes through the headphones. This interplay between hearing and feeling opens up a whole new dimension of immersive sound healing, where you are literally inside of the waves.

Aaron Evans graduated with a Masters of Science in Physical Therapy from the University of Kansas Medical Center in 2003 with a focus on rehabilitation for orthopedic and sports injuries. Before physical therapy school, Aaron attended Pittsburg State University where he earned a bachelors of science in biology with an emphasis in physical science and kinesiology.

Aaron moved to Texas after graduating as he wanted a break from the ice and cold and worked in the north Dallas area until he was able to get back to his smaller town roots and moved to Waxahachie in 2020 where he resides with his wife, Bethany, and their 3 children.

Aaron was born in Parsons, Kansas. As the son of two medical professionals, he always knew that he wanted to work in healthcare and help people. While working in the hospital in high school, he was given the opportunity to observe and interact in the various departments and fell in love with Physical Therapy. In high school, Aaron also discovered a passion for weight lifting and bodybuilding and feels all the minor and sometimes not-so-minor injuries he has incurred and rehabilitated have equipped him well to relate to his patients, understand their injuries, and guide them back to their best life.

Aaron has advanced training in manual therapy through the International Academy of Orthopedic Medicine, as well as, various other certifications including instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization, The Neufit Method, and is excited to be able to bring various more novel methods and modalities such as extracorporeal shockwave and laser therapy to the practice. He has a passion for empowering, helping, and overall improving the quality of life for his patients who have been told by other providers or themselves that they have to live with their pain and disability.
